The link color #008787 measures 4.11 to 1 on a card and 3.78 on the page, under the 4.5:1 minimum, on every ground the site uses. Darken it, or record the acceptance in STATIC-SITE.md; the palette decision predates the 2026-09 review.
Re-measured 2026-09-27 against the current palette, WCAG relative-luminance ratios, computed from the tokens in pages-core.css. Light #404ddd: bg 5.47, panel 5.13, btn 4.90, code 4.58, chip 5.76, chip-hover 6.05. Dark #9483ed: bg 6.50, panel 6.22, btn 6.03, code 4.88, chip 5.85, chip-hover 5.00. Every ground in both themes is over the 4.5:1 minimum; the worst is 4.58 on the light code ground. The palette update resolved the finding.
