A retraction commit has no subject line, so git log shows its trailer as the subject. Give it a subject.
Closed as intended behavior: a retraction is hidden by default, and a reader that retrieves it seeing the GitMsg header as the git log subject is fine. No subject line needed.

Triage 2026-09-28: not mechanical, deferring to a design decision. A retraction is an edit, and GITMSG.md 1.5 makes an edit's content the complete replacement content, while the TUI renders a retracted item's remaining content dimmed (util_card_render.go). So a subject line added to the retraction commit becomes reader-visible content in every implementation. Options: (a) write a subject and add a spec sentence that readers ignore a retraction's content; (b) accept the bare-trailer git log line and close; (c) hide retracted content in our readers first, then write the subject. Needs a design note either way.
