gitsocial release list with no --repo flag passes an empty repository URL to release.GetReleases, and GetReleaseItems drops the repo_url filter on an empty URL. The command then lists the releases of every repository in the shared cache. In a clone of a mirrored bucket it shows the releases of this repository, not those of the clone.

pm issue list and review pr list resolve the current workspace by default. The flag help of release list says the same: Repository URL, default the current workspace.

Decide one of two: resolve the workspace by default, like the other lists, or keep the cross-repository list and document it in RELEASE.md and in the flag help.
