A #commit:<hash> reference in a body or a comment renders as plain text. Link it to the commit's page on the site and to its view in the TUI. Scope decision in the work: the same for the other ref types (branch, tag, file, list) and for item references to issues, PRs, releases and memos.
Closing: the site links #commit:, #branch:, #tag: and #file: references, and the TUI opens a #commit: reference in the matching view. The TUI remainder moves to #commit:53991b82d95f@gitmsg/pm.

Fixed on main by #commit:6f748f916788: body text links #commit:, #branch:, #tag: and #file: references on the site, and the TUI opens a #commit: reference in the matching view through the cache. The TUI part of branch, tag and file references waits for those views, and a memo reference lands on the commit view until extension detection covers memo items, so the issue stays open for that remainder. The review found four context holes, one reproduced TUI crash included; all are fixed with regression tests.
