gitsocial push --dry-run against a completely empty remote fails: the tags push (git push --tags --porcelain --dry-run) errors with 'No refs in common and none specified' when the workspace has no tags and the dry run pushed nothing before it. A real push does not hit it, because the code branch lands first. Skip the tags push when the workspace has no tags, or treat that git error as nothing-to-push.
