The History picker repaints the body of the selected version, and the Changes section does not follow. The section takes the range of the selected version: the merge range for a merged final version, else that version's base-tip..head-tip. A selection replaces the section. A version whose tips are not in the bucket shows the notice, and the other versions still resolve.
