The site shows a pull request but not its diff. Show the diff of a PR on its page. Split into the milestone of the same name on 2026-10-12: the pack index short sha, the version-aware Changes section, the merged head ref, and the static diff on the page. This issue closes with the last of them.

Partial fix on main by #commit:7664ff1a94c6: the PR page's Changes section no longer vanishes. Every unresolvable range renders a one-line notice inside the Files changed section through one shared builder, a throw inside the producer resolves to the notice, and a merged pull request whose recorded range does not resolve says so instead of claiming no tips were recorded. Still open here: version-aware diffs, cross-fork head fetching, size caps with hunk folding, feedback anchors on the diff, and a static diff on the page layer.
