A commit that leaves its branch is marked stale, but its pm_links rows stay, and the issue detail lists them. After a rewrite of unpushed issue commits, the Related list of the target showed each removed commit beside the current ones, until a cache rebuild. Expected: the Blocks, Blocked by and Related lists exclude a source that is stale, the same as timeline and list queries do.
