One row per tag: name, date, author, commit count since the previous tag, and a release mark when a release names the tag; the TUI counterpart of the Tags page of the site, modeled on the Branches view. Reached from Repository, My Repository and Branches. Enter opens the release when one names the tag, else the diff of the tagged commit, as a #tag: reference does. The tag order and the count since the previous tag get one definition for the site and the TUI: move the helper the site uses into a layer the TUI imports, do not copy it.
